Rubik called his invention "Magic Cube". It was renamed by the Ideal Toy Corporation in 1980.
Nowadays, more than 30 million Rubik's Cubes have been sold all over the world. Rubik's Cube have promoted in hundreds of books, movies, magazines and because of its famousness, they have their own TV series! Millions of webpages, blogs and videos are now related to cubing.
